Inspired mostly by space operas, core samples, pop culture, geometry and the setting sun, my work investigates and celebrates fictional landscapes and the objects residing in them. My drawing Index acts as an inventory of these objects. On s own, Index, is a foreign fragment of a larger idea as well as a map of the sculptures I have made. Much like an instruction manual for a Star Wars ship or depiction of a group of toys, Index is a drawing of imagined objects that exist for pure joy.
